Shipping Policy
All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx. Wildflower/Texaholic® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Please allow 2 business days to process your order, unless otherwise listed. Tracking information is updated when the order is processed. Any information regarding your order after processing will be communicated through the email or phone number you provided. Once the order leaves our possession, we only know the same info as you but are happy to help with any concerns you might have.
Wildflower/Texaholic® is not responsible for incorrect address information at the time of purchase. If incorrect information was input at the time of the order, or saved in any third party payment system incorrectly, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the package re-delivered.
Wildflower/Texaholic® is not responsible for packages or damages that occur once they leave our possession. Customers must make a claim with their local Post Office, UPS or FedEx if they believe a package has been lost or stolen. Tracking numbers can be found in the shipping confirmation email, or by contacting shopwildflowerwtx@gmail.com.
